沃尔玛(Wal-mart) 新推行的FCCA验厂全称为：Factory Capability&Capacity Assessment， 即工厂产量及能力评估， 其目的是审核工厂的产量及生成能力是否符合沃尔玛的产能和质量要求。

WAL-MART验厂在生产资料方面要注意的问题
1、计件工资标准或者计时工资发放说明：
2、所有在报表上面有签名的工人必须保证他们的资料完整，即有人事档案、工卡和工资表、劳动合同。
3、生产安排和调度(包括人员回避)、验厂被抽检人员情况跟踪；
4、影响健康的工种员工发放一个2毛钱的耳塞：

6、5S检查、车间区域画绿色通道线：
7各车间的墙上资料的检查(回避周六、日、加班等字眼)、员工教育、电闸使用时保护盖及时合上；
8灭火器的检查、设备的检查、疏散图(记得标明读图者的位置)、箭头、安全出口标识、厂区平面图：
9电路、开关等，按要求检查和整改；所有路灯和电路灯检查的时候要亮。
10安排几个宿舍打扫干净，就给审核员看这几个，一般审核员都会认可。
